Copperstone Interiors is looking for an experienced and result-driven Site Manager to lead and oversee our interior fit-out projects.
Location: Kochi
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Monitor site progress, workforce productivity, and safety compliance.
- Resolve on-site challenges and maintain project documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in interior fit-out or construction project management.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines.
- Knowledge of site execution, quality control, and safety standards.
