Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Sales Analyst to support our sales team with data-driven insights. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales performance, market trends, and helping improve business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and generate performance reports
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue metrics
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Support sales team with data for decision-making
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and reporting
- Assist in forecasting sales and revenue
- Work closely with sales and management teams
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales analysis / data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of real estate market (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Graduation (MBA / Analytics preferred)
