Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and client references.
- Identify and approach potential clients in industrial, commercial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, project management consultants (PMCs), and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the estimation, design, and technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
