Summary:
We are seeking experienced Senior Developers specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation.
Lead architecture, design, development, and customization of SailPoint IIQ solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IIQ developers across engagements.
Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver).
Develop and configure workflows, provisioning logic, and approval processes.
Configure and customize connectors and integrations for enterprise systems (AD, LDAP, DB, cloud apps).
Develop rules, workflows, and scripts using Java, BeanShell, and SailPoint APIs.
Implement and manage access certifications, segregation of duties (SoD), and policy controls.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including production support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery, enhancements, and incident resolution.
Contribute to solution architecture, design documentation, and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills
Strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development and implementation.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in IIQ, including:
Workflow development & customization
Identity lifecycle (JML) implementation
Access certification and governance processes
Connector integration and provisioning
Rule development (BeanShell/Java-based)
Java, BeanShell, XML, REST APIs, SQL
SailPoint IIQ object model and debugging
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts
Role-based access control (RBAC) and access policies
Ticketing systems and enterprise ITSM processes
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in client-facing roles and lead discussions.
Quick learner, self-driven, and team-oriented.
Educational Qualification
BE/B.Tech, MCA, or MSc (Computer Science/IT) with strong academic background.
Additional Information
Minimum 3+ years in SailPoint IIQ (or relevant IGA experience with transition capability).
Experience in large-scale enterprise IAM implementations preferred.
Willingness to work across locations and global stakeholders.
Minimum 15 years of full-time education required.
