Packaging Operator
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Packaging Operator to join our eCommerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing products according to Amazon FBA standards while ensuring high quality, accuracy, and efficiency. This role also includes assisting with product preparation, supplier coordination, and learning additional production tasks as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package products according to Amazon FBA requirements.
- Organize individual product boxes into larger master cartons for shipment.
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging.
- Apply labels, tape, wrap, bundle, and securely pack products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing station.
- Be willing to learn photo frame assembly and other production tasks.
- Pick up materials and products from local suppliers and vendors when required.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors through WhatsApp for supply chain coordination.
- Respond promptly to work-related messages and updates.
- Assist with inventory organization and other warehouse duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, has strong attention to detail, communicates effectively, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced eCommerce warehouse environment.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
