About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and hiring skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates
- Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Negotiate salary and finalize offers in coordination
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow up on joining for new hires
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms and channels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, interview techniques, and hiring metrics
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with a Client-service mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Good to Have
- Experience in bulk/volume hiring or niche/technical hiring
- Exposure to employer branding
