Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, polite, and multitasking Receptionist who can efficiently manage the front desk of our Ayurvedic Clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi, a pleasant personality, and a genuine interest in Ayurveda and holistic wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
- Explain clinic services, treatment packages, and basic Ayurvedic wellness information to patients
- Maintain patient records, registration, and update details in the clinic management system
- Manage billing, payments, and issue receipts
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth patient flow
- Handle walk-in inquiries and provide accurate information about consultations and treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area
- Manage inventory of brochures, consent forms, and office stationery
- Follow up with patients for appointment confirmations and feedback
- Assist in basic administrative tasks and support the clinic team as required
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
