Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Plan and schedule engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Content Creation: Design social media posts, write captions, and create basic graphics/videos using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
- SEO & Website Support: Assist with basic On-page and Off-page SEO tasks, including keyword research and blog formatting.
- Paid Campaigns: Help set up and monitor campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Analytics & Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly social media and website performance reports.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and research emerging digital marketing trends.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate in Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SMM, PPC).
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools.
- Strong communication skills (proficiency in both written and spoken English and Hindi).
- Location: Preference will be given to local candidates from Dehradun who can work from the office.
- Mindset: Eager to learn, creative thinking, and a proactive attitude.
