Job Summary
Shivalika Cleantech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar rooftop and on-grid solar power solutions. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers in the field, understanding their energy requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential, commercial, and agricultural customers in assigned areas
- Explain solar rooftop and on-grid solar systems to customers
- Generate and follow up on sales leads (company-provided and self-generated)
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions
- Coordinate site surveys and collect basic technical details
- Explain quotations, government subsidies, and EMI options
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain daily visit reports and follow-up records
- Support coordination with installation and after-sales teams
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in the field
- Basic knowledge of sales is an advantage
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Experience in solar or related field will be an added benefit
