Responsibility:
- Directly responsible for proper operation of machine
- Directly responsible for maintenance of machine.
- Directly responsible for following the preventive maintenance checklist of machine and daily logbook.
- Directly responsible to inform their line executive and line engineer for any breakdown.
- Directly responsible for daily cleaning of machine.
- Directly responsible for housekeeping of respective area.
- Ensure no Jewellery used by person who is in the process area.
- Responsible for maintaining the access control in their respective place.
- Directly responsible to controlling rejections.
- Directly responsible to check for any leakages in inputs and immediately rectify or inform your executive or engineer.
- Directly responsible for proper Temperature, Pressure and wrapping material in machine.
- Directly responsible for maintaining GHK and GMP.
- Efficient & safe operation of Labeler machine with minimize wastage and with hygiene.
- Inspection of machine cleaning as per SOP.
- Directly responsible wearing appropriate PPEs as per area.
- Checking of machines and operations for any deviation which can lead to hap hazardous condition.
- Timely check for all machine guards / Interlocks etc. are in place and effectively working.
- Timely reporting of above all for prevention of incidents at site.
- BBS Observations.
- Maintain good Five ‘S’ Practices & good GMP / GHK Practices at site.
- Timely report any Accident / Incident.
- Participate in Mock Drills / Fire Drills.
- Act as a key member during any emergency scenario.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
