- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong knowledge of financial supply chain management concepts and their application within software solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to treasury and risk management systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FSCM TRM and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in documenting technical specifications and creating detailed design documents.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
