Construction Company in T Nagar is looking for the following positions
1. Civil Engineer – Site Supervisor
- Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve on-site challenges.
- Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Manage site resources efficiently to minimize wastage and downtime.
2. Project Manager
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to align expectations.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
3. Project Manager
- Prepare detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Track progress against timelines and flag deviations early.
- Coordinate between design, procurement, and execution teams.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports.
- Assist in resource planning and cost control.
4. Safety Officer
As Safety Officer, you’ll be the guardian of our people and our projects. Your vigilance and proactive measures will ensure compliance, prevent accidents, and foster a culture of safety.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
