Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic IT Product Advisor to assist customers in selecting the right IT products based on their requirements. The candidate will be responsible for product demonstrations, explaining features, handling customer queries, and supporting sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting suitable IT products based on their needs.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.
- Provide product demonstrations and comparisons.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Maintain good product knowledge and stay updated on new technologies.
- Coordinate with the sales team and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain proper product displays and availability.
- Follow up with customers and support them throughout the purchase process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Plus Two.
- Freshers and experienced candidates with an IT products background are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, accessories, and other IT products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn new products.
