Core Responsibilities
Implement AEP data pipelines : Sources, datasets, XDM schemas, identity namespaces, and profile stitching.
Configure AEP RT-CDP : Segments, audiences, destinations (e.g., email/SMS, ad platforms), consent & governance controls.
Build AJO journeys & campaigns : Triggers, eligibility rules, orchestration logic, templates, personalization, experimentation.
Integrate event sources (Streaming, batch), Edge implementations, and decisioning .
Establish monitoring & QA : Data quality checks, segment population, journey performance, deliverability, error handling.
Collaborate with QA, Analytics, and Marketing Ops; document solutions & runbooks; provide L3 support.
Ensure privacy/compliance : Consent, opt-outs, data retention, PII handling, and regulatory adherence.
Optimize performance: throughput, latency, identity match rates, and downstream activation success.
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on AEP: XDM schema design , identity resolution , profiles , segments , sources/destinations .
AJO: Journey design , event triggers , audience eligibility , templates , offers/personalization , throttling , frequency capping .
Edge Network basics and tag management (Adobe Launch / other TMS).
Practical experience with JSON , APIs , webhooks , and data transformation.
Understanding of data privacy , consent frameworks , and enterprise governance
