We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Surat
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000/month (Based on experience & performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Explain company requirements, onboarding process, and business benefits.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective contractors.
- Collect, verify, and maintain contractor documentation.
- Follow up with interested but inactive contractors to increase conversions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel and track the sales pipeline.
- Develop long-term relationships with contractors and business partners.
- Achieve monthly activation and onboarding targets.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
