About the Role
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to generate B2C leads and identify potential customers for Aluminium, Windows & Doors products. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer interaction, lead generation, follow-ups and daily sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned areas to generate new B2C leads.
- Identify potential customers for Aluminium, Windows & Doors products.
- Meet customers, understand their requirements and generate quality leads.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversion.
- Explore local markets and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain customer relationships and daily field visit records.
- Prepare and submit Daily Sales / Field Visit Reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Stay updated with customer requirements, market conditions and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Fresher and experienced candidates both are eligible.
- Must have a bike/two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Basic Computer & MS Excel knowledge required.
- Basic knowledge of the Construction / Building Materials industry preferred.
- Sales / Field Sales experience will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Good knowledge of Raipur local market/areas.
- Comfortable with regular field travel.
- Good customer interaction and relationship-building skills.
- Fast learner, self-motivated and target-oriented.
