Job Summary
We are looking for a System Integration Test Engineer with experience in automotive system testing and validation, preferably in EV Power Electronics. The role focuses on SYS.4 System Integration Testing for inverter and related power-electronics systems.
The candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and automating test cases in HIL/Test Bench environments and ensuring seamless integration of electrical, software, and mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze system architecture, interface specifications, and communication matrices.
- Develop detailed system integration test specifications and test cases.
- Perform manual and automated testing of automotive systems.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python / ECU-TEST.
- Set up and maintain HIL systems and test benches.
- Execute integration tests and maintain requirement-to-test traceability.
- Analyze test results, logs, and measurement data.
- Identify defects and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and system teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare test reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Participate in peer reviews of requirements, test cases, and automation scripts.
- Ensure testing activities comply with ASPICE and ISO 26262 processes.
- Perform SYS.4 and SYS.5 verification activities.
Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years of experience in System Testing / Software Testing / Test Automation.
- Strong experience in Automotive System Integration Testing.
- Good knowledge of EV architecture and Power Electronics.
- Experience with Inverter, DC/DC Converter, or e-Axle systems.
- Strong understanding of V-Model and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with HIL / Test Bench environments.
- Good knowledge of:
- CAN / CAN-FD
- LIN
- FlexRay
- Experience with Python and/or C/C++.
- Hands-on experience with ECU-TEST.
- Experience with CANoe / INCA / UDE.
- Good understanding of ASPICE SYS.4.
- Experience with requirements and test management tools such as DOORS, RQM, ALM, or JIRA.
- Knowledge of version control tools such as Git / GitHub.

- ISTQB Foundation Level (CTFL) or higher.
- AUTOSAR knowledge.
- Experience with FST, ECUMST, RST, SYS.4 and SYS.5 verification.
- Experience in HV testing environments.
- Knowledge of ISO 26262.
- Exposure to AI tools for testing and automation.
Education
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) preferred.
Ideal Candidate
Candidates with strong experience in Automotive System Integration Testing + EV/Inverter + HIL + ECU-TEST + Python + CANoe + ASPICE SYS.4 will be preferred.
