About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Executive to support our marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will coordinate branding activities, events, marketing collateral, market research, and sales support to help strengthen the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing activities to promote the company's software products and services.
- Prepare and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, product profiles, and company profiles.
- Organize and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, customer events, and webinars.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, industry associations, and event organizers.
- Track marketing activities, maintain campaign records, and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication.
- Assist in planning product launches and customer engagement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an IT, software, or SaaS company.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Experience creating marketing collateral using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with good research and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel for events, customer meetings, and exhibitions when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
