As a part of our expansion program, we are looking for freshers to work in Datacom in telecom Domain.
Qualifications
- Engineering Graduates with ECE / CSE background with 70 % in SSLC, 12th and Graduation without HISTORY OF ARREARS.
- CCNA / Networking Certified (Nice to Have)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day infrastructure L1 and L2 operations including Datacom resources, devices and services deployed LAN, WAN, Security and ensure service continuity.
- Manage day to day infrastructure operations support of IP Links including the Links to MNO, ISP responsibilities:
- Manage day to day basic infrastructure operations support of AWS cloud including the VPC and DX interconnects.
- Ensure that all incidents/ issues are reported in a timely manner to the relevant stakeholders and resolved.
- Ensure that all Service request are reported in a timely manner to the relevant stakeholders and resolved.
- Coordinate with internal team for timely support for maintaining the infrastructure operations and ensure that the service level agreements are met.
- Support on the basis configuration for the Datacom Project implementation including the change request from the Internal and External teams.
- Coordinate/Raise with IP Link/ISP/GRX carriers for obtaining timely support for maintaining the infrastructure operations and ensure that the service level agreements are met.
- Monitor and report the Datacom resources utilization via NMS system.
