We are looking for a motivated and responsible Collection Field Executive to recover overdue payments from customers through field visits while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach
- Visit customers at their residence or workplace to collect overdue payments.
- Explain outstanding dues, repayment options, and settlement plans.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure timely payment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, collections, and follow-up activities.
- Update collection reports and customer information on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical collection practices.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader regarding difficult or unresolved cases.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
