About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out and Turnkey Projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning to handover, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, budget control, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage interior fit-out and turnkey projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and site execution.
- Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and material deliveries.
- Conduct site reviews, resolve project issues, and ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare project reports, track progress, and maintain project documentation.
- Lead site teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out, Commercial Interiors, Retail, Hospitality, or Turnkey Projects.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, BOQs, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
