About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead B2B business development and project execution for Biogas, CBG, and Waste-to-Energy projects. The role involves acquiring enterprise clients, managing end-to-end project delivery, and driving growth in the renewable energy space.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales and acquire clients across industries, municipalities, and EPC partners
- Lead end-to-end project management: feasibility, approvals, execution, to commissioning
- Manage stakeholders including government bodies, vendors, DISCOMs, and funding agencies
- Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical/Energy/Environmental Engineering + MBA preferred
- 8–12 years experience with 3+ years in Biogas/CBG/WTE project management
- Strong B2B sales, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of MNRE, PNGRB, GOBARdhan scheme, and EPC processesWilling to travel to project sites across India
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
