Job Title: Network Engineer Location: India, Bengaluru • Collaborate with talented teams of engineers and leaders in their field • Join a progressive organisation with the people and policies you want • Hands on experience with Network and security product configuration and troubleshooting. • understand and discuss business / organisational requirements with the customer, challenging and clarifying when appropriate, • develop and implementation plans, provide estimations on delivery and implementation effort, • be encouraged to pursue hands-on engineering and infrastructure development opportunities, • help shape how Network Services delivers on its commitment to provide great customer and technical service through technology innovation, • provide inspiration and a sense of purpose to others, encouraging personal and professional development, • leverage past experience & knowledge of technologies and technology environments to hold credible, insightful discussions on the use of specific technologies, • be part of a high performing team What a typical day might look like: • Understand the problem statement and provide Solution, technical guidelines and support to ANZ Technology and Business Domains • Developing detailed implementation plan to meet customer outcomes • Provide regular updates on EPIC’s or tasks to maintain an hygienic dashboard. • Working at an intermediate level across programme and platform initiatives, collaborating with architects, design, delivery, and operations engineers to solve technology issues and make technology decisions • Exploring and exploiting new technologies and capabilities through hands-on engineering and infrastructure development to solve problems efficiently • Facilitating rapid technical decision making • Provide 24/7 rotational on call support Job description: • Good understanding of Networking Concepts and supporting Knowledge. • Minimum relevant experience of 5+ Years in a customer facing environment. • Minimum 12 months of experience in a similar role / consulting role • Proven experience in the following: - Cisco SD-WAN Technology - Cisco networking infrastructure (inc. VxLAN EVPN, MPLS, LAN, WAN,) - Radware Server Load Balancing / Reverse Proxy infrastructure - Network Security (firewalls (Palo Alto & Checkpoint) and other policy enforcement devices) - WAN Optimisation Devices (Riverbed Steelhead) - Routing technologies (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP etc) - Traffic management technologies (local balancing, prioritisation etc) - Data Centre & Internet Gateway network solution design - Enterprise network solution design - Enterprise Scale Network Management systems & automation • Experience in enterprise level Service desk and Operational management tools and ITIL experience • Excellent troubleshooting skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • CCNA and CCNP certification would be added a

1. Optimize Security Operations By Implementing And Managing Checkpoint And Cisco Asa Configurations, Ensuring Robust Perimeter Security And Compliance With Industry Standards.
2. Lead The Support Team In Responding To Client Inquiries And Incidents, Ensuring Timely Resolution And Effective Communication Of Status And Outcomes.
3. Mentor Team Members In Best Practices For Operational Processes, Facilitating Knowledge Sharing To Enhance Team Performance And Service Delivery.
4. Drive Innovation By Identifying Areas For Improvement In Operational Workflows, Proposing Solutions That Align With Client Needs And Business Objectives.
5. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Assess Client Requirements And Develop Tailored Security Solutions That Enhance Overall Business Results And User Satisfaction.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong Proficiency In Checkpoint And Cisco Asa Firewall Management And Configuration.
2. Solid Understanding Of Perimeter Security Solutions, Including Sourcefire And Ironport.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And A Strong Focus On Continuous Improvement.
4. Proven Ability To Lead And Mentor Teams, Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment.
