We are seeking a dedicated and certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to act as the technical and functional anchor for our core HR platform. In this role, you will take ownership of implementing, supporting, and optimizing the SuccessFactors EC module.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core HR data models, business rules, and workflows, along with the leadership skills necessary to drive the EC track and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesEC Module Leadership & Configuration
- Lead & Drive: Take end-to-end ownership of the SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) track across both implementation and support phases.
- Core Configuration: Design, configure, and maintain Foundation Objects, Corporate Data Models, MDF (Metadata Framework) objects, and picklists.
- Automation & Logic: Architect complex Business Rules and multi-step Workflows to streamline HR processes, data validation, and approvals.
- Documentation: Create, review, and maintain comprehensive technical design documents, configuration workbooks, and functional specifications.
Cross-Module Alignment & Support
- System Integration: Leverage a strong understanding of other SuccessFactors modules to ensure seamless downstream data flow (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting, Performance, LMS).
- Time Management Support: Assist with or support Time Management (Time Off/Time Tracking) processes as needed (experience in this area is a strong plus).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for the EC track, leading business requirement gathering workshops, managing expectations, and communicating updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & SkillsCertifications & Experience
- Certification: Must be actively certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Project History: Proven track record with a minimum of one (1) full-lifecycle implementation project and one (1) dedicated support project specifically focused on the EC module.
- Domain Expertise: Strong functional and technical knowledge of global HR data architecture, employee lifecycle management, and core HR business processes.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Rules & Workflows: Advanced hands-on experience building and troubleshooting SuccessFactors Business Rules and workflow routing.
- Time Management (Preferred): Good-to-have exposure or foundational experience with SF Time Off / Time Management.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to drive technical decisions and lead project deliverables independently.
Pay: From ₹1,500,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru Urban District)
