We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in corporate/commercial interior construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, client coordination, site management, scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, and successful project delivery within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-construction and construction activities.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and progress reports.
- Coordinate with design teams, clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Oversee site execution, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Manage materials procurement, inventory, and documentation.
- Conduct site meetings and issue MOMs and project updates.
- Handle change management and ensure proper approvals/documentation.
- Ensure successful project handover and commissioning.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of experience in corporate/commercial interior construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP services, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm & PA Systems, PHE, Sprinklers, Security Systems, BMS, AV & Networking.
- Good understanding of construction planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Knowledge of EHS standards and site safety practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Construction field preferred.
- The salary would depend on the experience of the candidate
