At Peopleclick, we don't just teach courses; we build careers. As our Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant online community where aspiring tech professionals find inspiration, industry insights, and the "nudge" they need to enroll. You will manage our digital footprint to showcase our 50+ courses and our track record of 1000+ career transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- The Educator’s Voice: Create and curate high-value educational content (e.g., "Top 5 Python Hacks," "Data Science Trends for 2026," or "Day in the Life of a Digital Marketer") to establish Peopleclick as a thought leader.
- Success Storytelling: Interview alumni and current students to create compelling "Placement Alert" posts and video testimonials that build trust and social proof.
- Lead Generation Support: Work closely with the sales team to promote our Free Demo Sessions through creative countdowns, IG Stories, and LinkedIn polls.
- Campaign Management: Execute and manage the social media campaigns for new course launches (e.g., Generative AI, MLOps, or Python Full Stack).
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to inquiries across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, guiding potential students toward the right course or demo signup.
- Trend Jacking: Monitor tech news and algorithm trends to create timely memes or reels that resonate with the Coimbatore tech crowd.
- Performance Tracking: Report on monthly growth metrics, specifically tracking how social engagement translates into "Demo Requests."
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in social media management, ideally within the Edutech or IT sector.
- Tech-Fluent: You don’t need to be a coder, but you should understand the difference between Data Science and Data Engineering to write accurate copy.
- Design Skills: Hands-on experience with Canva and video editing tools (CapCut/Premiere) to quickly turn classroom highlights into Reels/Shorts.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn (for B2B/Upskilling) and Instagram (for students/freshers).
- Copywriting: Ability to write professional LinkedIn articles and "snappy" Instagram captions that drive action.
- Analytical Mind: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
