Job Description
We are hiring an SMO / SMM Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing. The ideal candidate should have creative thinking, good communication skills, and hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media posts, captions, and content for various platforms.
- Design creative graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Write scripts for Instagram Reels, advertisements, and promotional videos.
- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Schedule and publish posts regularly.
- Research industry trends, hashtags, competitor activities, and audience behavior.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for campaign execution.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM) or Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement strategies.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream (Mandatory).
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in SMO/SMM.
- Age: 20–28 years preferred.
- Candidates from Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, or nearby locations will be preferred.
