Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our luxury jewellery retail team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle billing, inventory support, and stock management.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in retail sales, jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Working Hours
- 9 Hours Duty
- Rotational Shifts:
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
