Job Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, effective coordination, and efficient management of schedules, communications, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prioritize appointments and manage scheduling conflicts.
2. Communication Management
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Draft, review, and send professional communications.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
3. Meeting Coordination
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
- Track action items and follow up with concerned teams.
- Ensure meeting rooms and required resources are arranged.
4. Travel & Event Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Coordinate corporate events, leadership meetings, and business visits.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and business summaries.
- Maintain confidential records, contracts, and important documents.
- Organize and manage digital and physical filing systems.
6. Coordination & Follow-ups
- Coordinate with department heads on key projects and deadlines.
- Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely closure.
- Assist in project tracking and management reporting.
7. Administrative Support
- Handle expense statements, reimbursements, and vendor coordination.
- Support office administration and executive office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
