Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer / Senior .NET Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET Framework development, CI/CD practices, containerized deployments, and application monitoring tools. The role is based at the client's office in Chennai and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using the .NET Framework.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate build and deployment processes.
- Analyze application performance and troubleshoot issues using monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined timelines.
- Contribute to technical documentation and ensure adherence to SDLC and quality processes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-Have Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in .NET Framework application development.
- Strong hands-on development and technical documentation experience.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Good knowledge of Kafka and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and/or Splunk for application monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work from the client's office in Chennai.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in the BFSI/Insurance domain.
- Exposure to cloud-native application deployment and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with other application monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
