About the Role
RKDEMY is hiring Educational Counsellors for student admission and guidance. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students and parents regarding academic courses, career opportunities, batch details, fees, and the admission process.
We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle student inquiries professionally. Freshers with confidence and willingness to learn are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities
Handle admission inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups
Explain course structure, fees, batches, and institute features
Convert inquiries into admissions
Maintain student records and follow-up data
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Achieve admission and counseling targets
Eligibility Criteria
BE / Graduate can apply
Basic English communication skills required
Basic computer knowledge preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
