Job Title: Facility Manager
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of student housing properties. The role ensures that all facilities—including rooms, common areas, utilities, and equipment—are functioning optimally to provide a safe, comfortable, and high-quality living experience for students.
The Facility Manager works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely maintenance, smooth service delivery, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations across student housing properties
- Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment
- Handle and resolve maintenance complaints and service requests promptly
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and AMC contracts
- Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure cleanliness across all areas
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations (fire safety, emergency systems, CCTV, etc.)
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance planning
- Manage utility usage (electricity, water, etc.) and control operational costs
- Maintain logs, reports, and documentation related to facility management
- Supervise and manage on-ground staff including maintenance and support teams

Requirements
- Candidate should reside within 45 minutes of the property/office location
- Prior experience in facility management, hospitality, or real estate preferred
- Basic understanding of maintenance systems (electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
