Job Title: Receptionist
Job Overview:
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean and organized.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating records.
- Support other office staff with day-to-day tasks as needed.
- Should be presentable
Qualifications:
- Graduate
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month
