About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our IT staffing and recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with IT professionals, understanding their career goals, and introducing them to suitable full-time job opportunities in the USA.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship building, sales, and working with IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact IT professionals through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Understand candidates' professional experience, technical skills, and career goals.
- Explain our staffing and recruitment services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and manage leads through outbound calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT professionals.
- Follow up with leads and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sales activities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and staffing team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Stay informed about current IT job market trends and employment opportunities in the USA.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in sales, recruitment, staffing, business development, or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of the IT industry or experience working with IT professionals is a plus.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and clients.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn, email, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
