Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead – Revenue Cloud to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM), Sales Cloud, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud / RLM.
- Design and configure Products, Price Books, pricing, discounting, and approval workflows.
- Manage contract lifecycle, amendments, renewals, and proration.
- Work with billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes at the integration level.
- Act as the technical and functional lead for Salesforce delivery teams.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Drive architecture decisions, Salesforce best practices, and solution standards.
- Review and guide development using Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and RLM configuration.
- Design and manage integrations with ERP, Finance, Tax, and Order Management systems.
- Lead sprint planning, estimation, release management, UAT, and production deployment.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and troubleshoot production issues.
- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers and administrators.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in a Lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / RLM.
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud including Leads, Opportunities, and Forecasting.
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Experience with RLM configuration and Approvals.
- Strong knowledge of Amendments, Renewals, Proration, and Usage-Based Pricing.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware.
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Revenue Recognition and financial integrations with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems.
- Salesforce Industries CPQ or Advanced Billing experience.
- Experience with subscription-based or SaaS business models.
- DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise or global Salesforce implementations.

- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant
Key Focus: Salesforce Revenue Cloud/RLM, Q2C, pricing & approvals, contract lifecycle, integrations, architecture, and technical leadership.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
