Senior Manager – Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team for performance improvement.
- Generate business opportunities through market research, networking, and client meetings.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business presentations.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close large business deals.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Drive customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.

Experience
