What You’ll Work On
CRM Database Management: Maintain, update, and validate records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across platforms such as HubSpot, Clay, Sprouts, and Harmonic.
Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct structured research on companies, industries, and funding trends using tools like Crunchbase, delivering actionable insights.
Lead Enrichment & Profiling: Identify, enrich, and categorize leads with relevant data points to optimize outreach strategies. Data Quality Assurance: Implement checks and processes to ensure consistency, completeness, and reliability of CRM data.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare dashboards and reports to highlight market opportunities, pipeline health, and CRM performance metrics. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and strategy teams to align CRM data with organizational objectives.
Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance CRM utilization. What
We’re Looking For
Mandatory: Strong Excel skills - comfortable working with messy, unstructured data and turning it into something clear and usable Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply). Familiarity with CRM or research tools is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong interest in CRM systems and market research platforms, with a basic understanding of databases, data entry, and reporting. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment. Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and adapt quickly. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
