Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Assistant Consultant to support operational excellence and continuous improvement projects across multiple client locations. The role involves data analysis, documentation, audits, process studies, and on-site client coordination while working closely with senior consultants.
Job Profile / Key Responsibilities
- Prepare SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), presentations, posters, and related documentation as per project requirements
- Collect and analyze operational data related to production, rejection, productivity, electricity consumption, and sales
- Conduct work-study, time-motion study, and bottleneck analysis on shop floor operations
- Assist in conducting audits such as 5S, Energy, and process audits
- Support senior consultants in project execution and priority assignments
- Coordinate with client teams and follow up for timely task completion
- Visit client sites along with senior consultants for project implementation activities
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Technical Skills Required
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Documentation and report preparation abilities
- Understanding of manufacturing and shop floor operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
