Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior US Healthcare Recruiter / Account Manager with extensive experience in US healthcare staffing. This individual will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent, contract, and travel healthcare positions.
- Recruit Registered Nurses (RNs), Allied Health professionals, Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and other clinical roles.
- Source candidates using CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn, ATS databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, evaluate, and submit qualified candidates to clients.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
Account Management
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned healthcare clients.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
- Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring priorities and staffing challenges.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights.
- Ensure timely communication and exceptional client service throughout the hiring process.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
Client Delivery
- Prioritize urgent and critical healthcare openings.
- Meet submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific credentialing and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with credentialing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Leadership
- Assist with recruiter training and performance coaching.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing US healthcare client accounts.
- Strong understanding of hospital staffing, healthcare recruitment processes, and workforce planning.
- Experience recruiting for hospitals, health systems, MSPs, VMS, or healthcare staffing agencies.
- Experience using ATS/CRM platforms such as Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva, or similar.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with direct hospital clients.
- Knowledge of US healthcare credentialing and compliance.
- Leadership or team management experience.
- Proven record of achieving recruitment and client satisfaction goals.
