Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with customers in the assigned region.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable product solutions.
- Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and presentations.
- Lead customer discussions, negotiate terms, and close orders.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, documentation, and collection policies.
Technical Competencies - For Chemical Division
- Understanding of Boiler Water Treatment Chemicals & understanding the effect of good quality of water on operation of boiler Thermodynamics & Steam Generation Knowledge is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer relationship & stakeholder management
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Negotiation and objection handling
- Time management and ability to work independently
- Hard Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
