- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including screening, scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee engagement and internal HR operations.
- Handle social media management (LinkedIn & Instagram), including content planning and posting.
- Assist in branding and promotional activities to enhance firm visibility.
- Manage external communications and public relations, including coordination with institutions, partners, and stakeholders.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
