We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team, drive client success, and develop high-performing marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for multiple clients across various industries.
- Lead and manage the Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content, and Creative teams.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure achievement of KPIs such as Leads, ROAS, ROI, CPC, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Oversee SEO strategies including technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and local SEO.
- Create and manage monthly marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars.
- Conduct competitor research, audience analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Review campaign reports and present performance insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with the web development and design teams to improve website performance and conversion rates.
- Ensure proper implementation of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Maintain strong client relationships and participate in client meetings and strategy discussions.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate team members while ensuring timely project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including team management.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization and marketing funnels.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications are an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of WordPress and landing page optimization.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
