Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about building relationships with clients. This role involves interacting with prospective PCD pharma franchise partners, generating leads, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers and PCD Pharma franchise prospects.
- Explain the company's products and franchise opportunities.
- Generate new business leads through phone calls and online inquiries.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Build long-term relationships with franchise partners.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or pharma sales will be an added advantage.
