Key Responsibilities: (Mechanical Testing Engineer)
- Perform mechanical testing of materials, including Tensile, Compression, Bend, Impact, and Hardness tests as per applicable standards.
- Prepare test specimens, conduct testing, record observations, and analyze results.
- Operate and maintain testing equipment such as UTM, Hardness Testers, and Impact Testing Machines.
- Prepare accurate test reports and maintain laboratory records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, NABL requirements, and laboratory safety practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of testing assignments.
- Support equipment calibration, audits, proficiency testing, and continuous improvement activities
- Qualification & Experience: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Production Engineering.
- Skills: Material testing knowledge, Experience in a material testing laboratory preferred.
- Knowledge of ASTM, ISO, IS, and other relevant testing standards.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
