Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Promote the company's marine and shipping services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (marine/shipping industry experience will be an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Pleasing personality with a professional appearance.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
