Job Purpose
To interpret product and engineering drawings of modular and non-standard furniture, and
create accurate, complete Bills of Material (BOM) — including hardware, wood, and metal
components — in the BOM Web Portal. The role ensures all assembly requirements are
correctly captured, BOM-related issues are resolved promptly, and projects are delivered on
time through accurate daily reporting and coordination with design, production, and
procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create BOMs for modular and custom furniture from product/engineering drawings
- List all raw materials needed for assembly (hinges, screws, connectors, slides, etc.)
- Apply basic woodworking and metalworking knowledge to check BOM accuracy
- Fix BOM errors/mismatches by coordinating with design and production teams
- Send daily reports on projects and BOMs completed
- Ensure BOMs are ready on time to avoid delivery delays
Skills Needed
- Can read technical/CAD drawings
- Basic knowledge of wood and metal furniture-making processes is addon
- Proficient in Excel formulas & logic (VLOOKUP, IF, nested formulas, data validation, etc.)

- Knowledge of BOM/ERP software preferred
- Detail-oriented, good coordination, and problem-solving
Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production etc
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with strong drawing-reading skills & good at excel formulas)
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
