We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our Investment Banking Operations team supporting Derivatives products. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in global financial markets while supporting post-trade operational processes, ensuring accuracy, risk mitigation, and timely client deliverables. The successful candidate will receive structured training and work closely with experienced team members to develop technical knowledge of derivatives products and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end operational processing of derivatives transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal procedures.
- Prepare, review and process trade confirmations and related documentation within established service level agreements.
- Perform validation checks to ensure trade details are complete, accurate, and consistent with client and internal records.
- Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies by working with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
- Escalate operational risks, exceptions, and control issues promptly to management.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and operational excellence while meeting daily deadlines.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve client experience.
- Support system testing, process enhancements, and implementation of new business initiatives when required.
- Build knowledge of derivatives products, financial markets, and operational risk and controls through continuous learning.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams, Front Office, Legal, Technology, and other Operations partners. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, ora related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship experience in banking or financial services is an advantage but not required. Skills & Competencies
