To get in touch with prospective franchise opportunities and explain them the complete business model
get the list of inquiries through internet and franchise portal and get in touch with them from time to time
Understand the culture of Santushti / dessertino and ensure that culture to be conveyed in true spirit in the new outlets
be part of the set up activities and liasioning of new outlet opening, starting from designers, social media campaign till launching of the outlet
Work with a target to achieve the required numbers of closures and Letter of Intent (LOI)
Train the new recruitment and guide them to perform with the culture of Santushti / dessertino
Make / implement systems from Inquiry to Launch of the outlets and strict adherence to the same
periodical reporting and review
Bench marking with the peers and to introduce developments on regular basis
The tentative salary budget is 25K with flexibility based upon current CTC
