Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and bookkeeping.
- Ability to maintain accounts, records, and documentation accurately and neatly.
- Must be able to prepare and update financial records regularly.
- Hindi reading and writing skills are required, as some records and work are maintained manually.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Should be able to assist management in day-to-day office and accounting work.
- Must provide timely updates and reports to the owners regarding accounts and business records.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain purchase, sales, cash, and ledger records.
- Handle entries in Tally and Excel.
- Maintain physical and digital records properly.
- Assist in preparing reports, statements, and account summaries.
- Coordinate with management and keep them informed about important updates.
- Support daily office operations whenever required.
