Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Senior Store Executive to manage all store operations in our factory. The role involves complete ownership of material receipt, issue, dispatch documentation, physical stock management, and supervision of pickers with high accuracy and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day material receipt, entry, and exit of materials for production and job work.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all inward and outward material movements.
- Manage complete dispatch documentation including Dispatch Notes,
- Delivery Challans, Packing Lists, and other required documents.
- Supervise and overlook the work of pickers to ensure accurate and timely order picking.
- Maintain complete and updated data records in ERP / Excel / relevant systems.
- Perform regular physical stock audits and cycle counts at defined intervals.
- Ensure timely physical and book stock matching and verification;
- investigate and resolve discrepancies.
